SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted all orders ship between 5-7 business days via USPS mail. The Six Figure Coder, LLC (The Six Figure Coder®) is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. No modification to sizing or shipping can be made after orders are in queue and processed.

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped.

The Six Figure Coder, LLC (The Six Figure Coder®) is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters or general delays within the corporate USPS system. Additionally, The Six Figure Coder, LLC (The Six Figure Coder®) is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to make an exchange unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All accessories (i.e. lapel pins) and SALE items are FINAL SALE. Sale items include all items purchased at a discounted price.

EXCHANGES

The Six Figure Coder, LLC (The Six Figure Coder®) has a NO REFUND policy, but would gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Additionally, we do not process cancellations under any circumstance. Please be sure to read our sizing guide if you have any questions about fit. If you receive an item and the sizing doesn't work for you, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size, if it is in stock or exchange it for another item of equal value.

We inspect each item before we package it and send it out to you. All returns must be exchanged by the purchaser and are only accepted for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.

How to exchange your purchase:

  1. Before you return an item please email us at contact@thesixfigurecoder.com explaining what you are exchanging and why. We will send you an exchange form to complete and return. No exchanges will be accepted without an exchange form. Any worn or altered merchandise will be returned to the sender.

  2. Send your exchange, along with the form, within 14 days of receipt. Under no circumstance do we “hold” items for future exchanges. Please note exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence.

  3. Once we receive your return, an exchange will be issued within 5-7 days, if it is in stock or exchange for another item of equal value. If the item is SOLD OUT the exchange will be processed when the item is restocked.
